Children's Residential Care Worker

Compensation: £31,918 – £32,540 / year
Pay rate: £31,917.6 – £32,540.4 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month, hourly rate £12.60 – £12.90)
Hours: 173 hours per month – most common shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance. 365 daily service.
Eligibility & Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Over 21 years old (required by industry regulations)
Role & Responsibilities
Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. We provide the highest quality residential care and coordinate recreational activities tailored to each child’s interests, such as cinema, swimming and sports.
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right‑to‑work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
