I have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Sous Chef in a popular events space in South West London.
With a strong emphasis on food quality at volume, Im keen to speak with experienced Sous Chefs who can lead a team while working closely with the Head Chef.
You will need a strong background in high-volume operations.
In busy operations like this, you must be a confident and effective communicator.
You will also have the ability and experience to stand in for the Head Chef when required.
This role has predominantly daytime hours, with some evening events and occasional weekend shifts at certain times of the year.
