The Role
We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage multiple projects across a variety of sites, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage several contracts simultaneously from inception through to completion.
* Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and direct labour teams.
* Attend and lead contract meetings with clients and stakeholders.
* Work closely with a dedicated administrator and experienced site supervisors to deliver industry-leading standards of quality and safety.
* Manage site-based personnel, including involvement with HR matters and performance.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety protocols, and project specifications.
* Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive team culture.

Requirements
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
* Proven experience in a contracts management role within construction, refurbishment, or fire protection industries.
* Experience working with both direct and subcontract labour.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with specialist software such as Bolster and PlanRadar is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of fire sealing and passive fire protection systems is beneficial.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with a forward-thinking company.
