SOURCE at the Gilpin, led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck), offers a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
Your Role
* Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Delivers seamless, warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.
* Collaborates closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.
* Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
* Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
* Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.
* Upholds the hotel's standards of guest care, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Maintains facilities, services and promotions to effectively communicate information to guests.
What You Bring
* Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
* Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.
* A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant build around using local produce with a twist.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: from £29,250 to £31,005
* Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £370 to £550 per month.
