Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful and expanding in‑house business that undertakes property investment, development, design, sales and lettings based in West Yorkshire.
You would report directly into the Head of Legal and the role would involve a full range of conveyancing matters, including commercial units being turned into residential units and sales, buying land to turn into residential use, general residential conveyancing sales and purchases, and residential leases for owned properties.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
* Work independently while contributing to a strong team with a great family feel
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
