Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role as a Tech Instructor based in High Wycombe. The Tech Instructor will deliver engaging technology classes to children in schools, after-school programs, and workshops. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, using tailored curriculum materials, guiding students through hands-on activities, and fostering a positive and inspiring learning environment. Travel between locations may be required, so a valid driver’s license and access to a car are essential for this role.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and teaching staff
* Experience in Inventory Control and basic equipment management
* Familiarity with Shipping & Receiving processes for managing class materials and technology equipment
* Proficiency in operating tools or machinery such as Forklift Operation is an advantage but not mandatory
* Passionate about technology and education, with the ability to inspire and encourage children
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and materials efficiently
* Prior experience in teaching, training, or working with children in an educational or workshop setting is beneficial
* A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to class locations is required
