Join Learning Pool as a Technical Support Agent (Dayshift) in Londonderry.

This role involves responding to customer queries, providing technical support, and assisting with platform navigation and setup. The position is based in our Londonderry office, with UK dayshift hours (9am to 5.30pm) and weekend work approximately once every 8 weeks. The salary is £24,570 per annum.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
* Responding to support tickets and resolving issues in line with SLAs
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems
* Building product knowledge through training and self-learning
* Collaborating with team members and demonstrating company values
Ideal candidates will have:
* At least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
* Minimum 6 months experience in technical support or IT
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
Preferred but not essential:
* IT qualification
* Experience in a helpdesk environment
