Contract: Full time – September start
Salary: £105 - £125 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and needs
* Lead small group interventions and assist with 1:1 learning plans
* Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement engaging, accessible activities
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using therapeutic strategies
* Foster student independence, confidence, and resilience
Qualifications & Skills
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience (willingness to train welcome!)
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum Level 2 English & Maths)
* Experience working in an SEN setting is an advantage
* Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
* A sense of humour and genuine commitment to student wellbeing
