Tele-Account Manager
As a Tele-Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and retaining a customer base. You will communicate with customers via phone and email, providing timely solutions to their queries and requests. Additionally, you will acquire new accounts through business development activities such as cold-calling, networking, and market research.
Main Duties
1. Ensure a high standard of customer service by establishing initial business relationships with new customers.
2. Take ownership of resolving customer issues through proactive customer service.
3. Promote products from our promotional brochure and upsell specific drives.
4. Promote the sale of LWC Drinks' own brand products.
5. Follow up on actions from reports for Telesales and/or Account Managers.

Additional Information
* Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
* Discretionary 20% bonus based on KPIs achieved.
