Sandal Huddersfield is seeking a Customer Reservations Advisor. Applications are only considered from candidates with experience in a call centre environment and/or the motor trade.
This role is ideal for someone outgoing, procedure-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Aftersales team with inbound and outbound service and repair request calls
* Managing inquiries effectively
* Updating and cleansing customer database records accurately
* Identifying sales and prospect opportunities for the Service team
Experience in customer advising, preferably via telephone, is required. Experience in the motor industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
The position involves collaboration with our Huddersfield and Wakefield Aftersales teams to maximize business potential and exceed customer expectations.

* An attractive starting salary of £26,000 per annum

This is a full-time role, including working Saturdays on a rota basis (approximately one in four weeks), with a day off during the week. Working hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (early shift) or 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (late shift), with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Saturday hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
