Better places, thriving communities. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in FM management and small works projects to take on the responsibility of all additional works on behalf of our client.
A people manager you will have managed both sub-contractors ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment and managed, monitored and controlled costs ensuring achievements of financial targets. As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting.
You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams. Holding an OSH certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations.
Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office you must hold a minimum standard of C&G Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or air conditioning/refrigeration.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for all additional works on behalf of the client, in alignment with FM management and small works project requirements.
* Manage sub-contractors to ensure high delivery levels within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment.
* Monitor and control costs to achieve financial targets.
* Play a key role in the audit process with experience in management information, operational finance and reporting.
* Engage with and manage key stakeholder relationships and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications and requirements
* OSHA certificate holder with awareness of CDM regulations.
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
* Minimum C&G Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or air conditioning/refrigeration.
