What do you need? CIPD qualification At least three years' experience in a generalist HR role, with a broad understanding of HR functions. Proven experience handling employee relations matters, providing practical guidance and resolving issues effectively. Experience offering coaching and support to line managers and staff, helping them navigate HR processes and people-related challenges.
