One site is fast-paced, creative, and event-driven, delivering vibrant hospitality, retail food, and unforgettable experiences. The other is polished, premium, and built around exceptional staff dining and large-scale hospitality.
Together? They need a chef who thrives on energy, variety, leadership, and high standards.
If you’re a hotel Head Chef or Executive Chef who’s mastered restaurant service, banqueting, and high-volume events—and you’re ready for something bigger—this could be your next move.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the entire food operation across two standout London sites
* Driving innovation across retail dining, hospitality, staff food, and events
* Inspiring and developing ambitious kitchen teams through hands‑on leadership
* Delivering exceptional food experiences—from daily service to VIP functions
* Working closely with General Managers and stakeholders to elevate standards
* Owning financial performance including GP, labour, costing, and efficiencies
* Maintaining impeccable food safety and operational compliance
What We’re Looking For
* A proven Head Chef or Executive Chef from hotels, events, or high-volume hospitality
* Strong experience across multiple food offers—restaurant, banqueting, hospitality, events
* Excellent culinary craft with an obsession for quality and consistency
* Commercially savvy with strong financial awareness
* A natural leader with presence, energy, and the ability to motivate teams
* Flexible and adaptable—comfortable supporting evening and weekend events
