Hours: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

About the Role
As Customer Service Supervisor, you'll lead a small team and ensure our trade distributor clients receive outstanding service. You'll manage the order process from start to finish, check stock, handle pricing, and oversee accuracy in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Supervise and support one part-time administrator
9. Manage pricing and quotations for customers
10. Check stock availability and coordinate orders
11. Ensure all orders are processed accurately
12. Build strong relationships with trade distributor clients
About You
13. Previous experience in customer service or order management
14. Strong organisational and leadership skills
15. Manufacturing background is desirable (but not essential)
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
