The Role:
You will work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience to your clients and customers.
You will be responsible for booking and carrying out viewings for potential tenants, as well as supporting the negotiation process.
Over time, we will provide you with all the training you need to actively seek and develop potential landlords. You will be able to convince them of the benefits of our services to bring their property onto the market in a managed capacity with us.
You will be responsible for maintaining a database of potential tenants, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to the landlord.
As this role involves business development opportunities, you will have the chance to earn up to 40% commission.
Requirements:
* A people person with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well organized with attention to detail.
* A full driving license.
