The Role Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with moderate learning difficulties and dysregulated behaviour. Assist class teachers in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive learning sessions. Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. You Will Need Experience with SEN pupils in a learning environment Previous experience working in a school or educational setting. A caring, resilient and proactive approach. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
