WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Operations Manager you will lead efficient DC Inbound operations, ensure service levels, compliance, and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
You will:
* Lead DC inbound departments to maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
* Manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimization of the flow of garment across all inbound departments
* Manage the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning & budget follow up and by using cost saving initiatives
* Lead the department teams to ensure logistic capacity needs in alignment with DC Manager
* Support Inbound Departments to resolve issues & ensure close alignment with Controlling and Import/Export
* Lead and support the Department Managers to recruit, develop and retain workforce for Inbound according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with department teams, the DC Manager, the Controlling and Import/Export teams to ensure efficient operations. You'll lead efforts to maximize quality and efficiency, resolve issues, and align logistic capacity needs. Additionally, you'll collaborate with Department Managers to recruit, develop, and retain a skilled workforce, ensuring capability needs and cost-effectiveness are met.
