We are looking for an experienced Home Manage to lead a modern, welcoming care home that provides high-quality nursing and dementia care for older adults. What we are looking for:
A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
T o provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing, catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and people management functions of Cherry Tree House Care Residence.
To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service, and selling its services at the agreed prices.
To maintain the operations of Cherry Tree House Residence at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
Have a resident-focused approach and passion for high-quality elderly care.
A proven track record in complex care, dementia care or nursing home management.
Registered Nurse (Adult) NMC Registered.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
Compassionate, resilient, and person-centred approach.
