Paxton Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client a local Civils Contractor for an Accounts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management team playing a crucial part in the preparation of reports, records, and accounts to aid management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure suitable financial controls are in place to properly record all financial transactions.
* Ensure company compliance with all group and regional financial policies.
* Ensure company compliance on all HMRC requirements.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts pack and ancillary reconciliations.
* Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast and cash monitoring.
* Production of annual and interim budgets.
* Production of ad hoc management reports.
* Qualifications and Experience:
* Part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA.
* Experience in financial analysis and assisting with strategic decision-making based on financial information.
