PROPERTY SERVICES OFFICER – VAL ROBERTS HOUSE, NOTTINGHAM

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to improve the quality of our residents' lives, by supporting our contractors and staff in ensuring our properties are safe and well‑maintained.
Frameworks Property Services are looking for a Property Services Officer to join their team.
We are looking for a friendly and people‑focused person with the knowledge and ability to prioritise the administration of a wide range of maintenance requisitions.
You do not need to be technically qualified or able to wield a screwdriver – however, a knowledge of the types of repairs which might be required in a property is necessary.
You will have good communication and computer skills, an eye for detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the Property Services Team Leader in delivering a quality service.
* Raise and report requisitions with a good understanding of repair terminology.
* Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with the framework services teams, both on‑site and off‑site, and deliver great customer service.
* Maintain and work to our policies and procedures for correct and safe delivery of works, including but not limited to contractor management, communication to support teams and tenants.
* Complete all relevant records in line with the business (job completions, invoicing, etc.).
