Job Purpose
This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative and paid media to crack brands’ business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions such as social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation. Our clients include eBay, easyJet, Just Eat Takeaway and Pepsico.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and craft brilliant, award-winning ideas that capture attention and inspire our clients.
* Deliver on‑brand and on‑brief work within budget and on time.
* Work closely with the accounts team to ensure a smooth monthly production process.
* Be aware of and respond to current advertising and media trends and pop culture.
* Present work internally and externally to an excellent standard.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments.
* Collaborate with Creative Directors, Heads of Creative and other senior creative planners to foster a stimulating environment that enhances creativity, retention and quality output.
* Champion craft and pay close attention to even the smallest details.
* Participate in new business pitches.
* Help grow our creative offering by leveraging the latest technology and approaches, and expanding into new platforms.
Skills and Previous Experience
* Must be an AI‑native with a strong interest in AI generally.
* Broad, high-impact portfolio that includes tech or AI‑led campaigns.
* ImageGen skills—experience using AI to generate high-quality imagery (big bonus).
* A passion for motivating fellow creatives, offering support, advice and guidance.
* Experience with digital marketing, understanding platforms, potentials and limitations.
* Ability to work within a team and with clients efficiently.
* A love for learning new things and exploring new mediums.
* Experience using Figma.
