The Role: Working within our professional services division, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns while building lasting relationships with prestigious firms across the East Midlands. You'll focus on permanent and interim placements, from newly qualified professionals to partner-level appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture relationships with leading professional services firms, understanding their strategic growth plans and specific recruitment needs
* Source exceptional candidates through your network, headhunting, and innovative talent attraction strategies
* Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Manage complex recruitment processes, including confidential search assignments and senior-level appointments

* Proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in professional services, accountancy, or legal sectors
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the professional services landscape
* Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to operate at senior levels
