You will:
- Deliver great customer service at all times
- Merchandise stock to a high standard
- Support with stock preparation and replenishment
- Complete cashing up of store takings when required

11. Deliver operational excellence in all processes.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Minimise stock loss and adhere to security procedures whilst adhering to stock loss controls
14. Implement actions identified within the Stock Loss Action Plan
15. Complete cashing up of store takings as scheduled and in line with Company policies and procedures.
Skills Experience
16. Experience of working in a customer service environment
17. Experience working to sales targets and KPIS.
18. An ability to identify sales opportunities.
19. Ability to plan, implement and work at pace to achieve deadlines.
20. Ability to communicate effectively and feedback in a positive manner.
21. Strong Communication skills
22. Ability to Prioritise
23. Ability to adapt communication style
24. Ability to seek regular feedback from managers, peers and colleagues and use this to improve skills and behaviours
25. You will be confident and able to communicate across all levels, reliable and flexible, pay great attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.
26. You will have either previous experience in retail / customer service or skills that are transferable to this role.
