The company provides bespoke fitted furniture to residential and commercial projects across London, primarily supplying high‑end residential joinery packages to professional designers, main contractors and end users.

About the Role
* Workshop – Oversee smooth running of the workshop facility. Procure consumables, arrange maintenance and ensure quality control is met ahead of delivery. All items should be wrapped and labelled correctly before being sent out to site. Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects complete and on schedule.
* Deliveries – Prepare, book and oversee joinery deliveries, attending site with delivery when appropriate, and communicate delivery details to clients and site managers.
* Installer support – Provide a workshop point of contact for on‑site installers, prepare and send site kits, and send ad hoc supplies.
* Finishing support – Assist the Spray Finisher by completing finishing tasks when required, including sanding, masking, staining and oiling.
* Desirable – Competent on the panel saw.
About You
* Good understanding of joinery production.
* Great organisation and time management.
* Fit, healthy and happy with physical work.
* Experience of joinery finishing prep – filling, sanding.
* Skilful and enthusiastic written and verbal communicator.
* Team orientated.
* Friendly demeanour and positive problem‑solving attitude.
* Desirable – competent on the panel saw.
