This is a newly created role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to shape and lead all aspects of health, safety and compliance while supporting scalable growth. As Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing policies, conducting risk assessments, managing RAMS and ensuring legal and client compliance. But this isn’t just about ticking boxes - you’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify risks and deliver practical, commercially sound solutions that protect the business and unlock operational efficiencies.
