Currently, they are seeking a talented and experienced Bid Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing new projects and contracts for our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bid process, from initial client engagement to final submission, ensuring that our bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and industry knowledge to deliver winning proposals that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the bid management process for major construction projects, including commercial, residential, infrastructure, and public sector developments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and subject matter experts, to develop compelling bid strategies and solutions.
Conduct comprehensive bid reviews, assessing risks, opportunities, and resource requirements to inform decision-making and maximize win potential.
Manage the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other external partners to enhance our competitive advantage and drive business growth.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously improve our bid processes and maintain our competitive edge.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in bid management within the construction industry, particularly with Tier 1 contractors.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids concurrently.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and developing winning strategies to secure new business.
Proficiency in bid management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools
