This office based role is ideal for candidates with experience in coordination, scheduling or planning who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and track project tasks, ensuring timely completion. * Coordinate logistics, including materials, plant hire and team travel. * Maintain project documentation including Health & Safety files and Risk Assessments * Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage workflow documentation, tracking deliveries and site requirements. * Oversee quality assurance records and project archives.
