Ecolab, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support the day‑to‑day operation of the UK logistics office at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales.

What You’ll Do
* Facilitate the shipment of product samples and orders to customers on a daily basis.
* Liaise and arrange shipments with courier and freight forwarder companies (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx).
* Collate and arrange required paperwork (invoices, USDA, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, dispatch e‑mails).
* Assist in sample/order preparation: labelling, document preparation, and correct packaging.
* Coordinate with R&D, QC, QA and production teams to ensure product readiness for dispatch.
* Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards in the dispatch area.
* Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
* Receive, review and dispatch UK orders and AG orders from Romania for invoicing.
* Prepare accurate customs documentation for imports from factories (Brexit guidelines for Romanian imports).
* Review incoming stock receipts and maintain accurate stock records.
* Work with transport and outsourced warehouse to ensure timely arrival of incoming trucks and containers, and confirm outgoing orders are delivered.
* Coordinate pick, pack and dispatch of orders with outsourced warehouse.
* Prepare accurate dispatch documentation and ensure compliance with export requirements for UK Bioprocessing orders and other shipping needs.
* Maintain up‑to‑date dangerous goods qualification and issue DG paperwork when relevant.
* Provide sales offices with prompt shipping details and relevant documents.
* Follow up on outbound shipments to confirm delivery.
* Communicate effectively with the sales office.
* Conduct monthly stock reconciliation with outsourced warehouse.
* Problem‑solve issues with stock records and dispatches.
* File and archive documentation.
* Perform reasonable duties as required by the needs of the department or organization.
What You’ll Need
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
* IT literate with strong experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Knowledge of chemical sciences is beneficial.
* Experience with SAP is preferred, especially in logistics.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
* Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently yet be a strong team player.
* IATA DG by air training desirable.
* Ability to respond quickly to demanding deadlines while maintaining quality.
