Our client is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Working within a nurturing Montessori-inspired nursery environment, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences while helping children develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, alongside excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive nursery setting.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, or equivalent – essential
* Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Genuine passion for supporting children during their early years journey

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery
* Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
* Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and achievements
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
* Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
* Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive nursery team
