Salary: £18,175 – £19,500 per annum (pro rata)

About the RoleWe are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet & Logistics Administrator in Accrington. This is a varied role supporting multiple areas of the business, including fleet management, plant administration, logistics, purchasing, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update vehicle records and fleet tracking systems
2. Manage fuel card administration
3. Oversee MOT and service records
4. Liaise with garages for bookings and repairs
5. Process vehicle check returns
Mill/Plant Administration
6. Schedule services, appointments, and breakdowns
7. Update systems including Trackunit and Asset Panda
8. Maintain stock records
Logistics Support
9. Manage calendars and job sheets
Purchasing Administration
10. Raise purchase orders on Eque
11. Handle petty cash
12. Procure and distribute PPE, workwear, first aid, welfare, and stationery
13. Maintain external hire records and cross-check with sites
Supply Chain Administration
14. Assess and file PQQs
15. Chase insurances andpliance documents
16. Liaise with internal teams toplete forms and update systems
17. Link spreadsheets with Eque and Evaluate
Aftersales Support
18. Log defects and manage email administration
19. Arrange site visits
General Office Support
20. Timesheet checking and travel time administration
21. Provide accounts and admin support during peak periods and holiday cover

28. Experience with fleet or logistics administration is desirable but not essential
