JOB SUMMARY
This role forms part of Fears' Commercial department:
Commercial
covers all the revenue stream of Fears, from direct sales, after-sales and the worldwide network of Fears Authorised Stockists but this role is specifically focused in our Head Office.
Fears is a fast-paced and dynamic company where every day poses new challenges, the Commercial Assistant must be equally matched to this working environment which at times can be demanding but also hugely rewarding.
Specific to this role:

: 5.11 Paintworks, Bristol, BS4 3EH (Head Office)
* Hours
: Full-time (40 hours per week) – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

: FAS (Fears Authorised Stockist) Manager

This role is primarily based in the Fears Head Office in Bristol, occasional travel around the UK may also be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Managing the dispatching of all Retail and Wholesale orders. Involves picking, wrapping and packing before booking the appropriate shipment method and updating the shipping system with the tracking details for the client.
* Daily tracking of all courier and mail deliveries (DHL, FedEx & Royal Mail) handling any shipping delays and informing the relevant Team member to update client.
* Receiving, processing and recording of all deliveries coming into the business and passing them onto the relevant member of the company.
* Managing and keeping accurate stock levels of all commercial product (watches, straps, packaging etc.) that is sent out of the business.
* Handling main company email inbox, WhatsApp and telephone, passing on enquiries to the relevant member of the company.
* Drafting invoices for website orders.
* Daily office opening & closing duties including managing the office consumables
In this role you'll report to the FAS (Fears Authorised Stockist) Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be a proactive self-starter., with a keen willingness to learn. Using initiative and problem solving will be vital in this role with each day bringing new challenges.

Please note
: No previous experience of working in the watch industry is required.

* Holiday allowance: 20 days per year + public holidays.
* In addition: between Christmas and the New Year the company is closed and these days (usually 3-4) are in addition to your holiday allowance.
