Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Valuer, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Sales Valuer will be responsible for assessing property values, preparing valuation reports, and advising clients on the value of their real estate assets. The role involves regular client interaction, providing expert advice, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include liaising with estate agents, conducting property viewings, and managing the sales process from valuation to completion.
Qualifications
* Experience in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Knowledge and experience as Estate Agents
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using property valuation tools and software
* A valid driver's license is required
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is advantageous
