About the Role
As a Work Placement Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with curriculum teams, employers, and students to ensure every learner receives an outstanding placement experience. You’ll be responsible for organising placements, conducting health and safety assessments, and supporting students throughout the process.
Actual Salary: £22,308.10 - £23,423.28 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:00pm) Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm) / 35.5 hours per week

Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification and strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
* Experience working with 14–19-year-olds, ideally within the education sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the ability to work under pressure
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
* Organise and develop new and existing work placements across curriculum areas
* Conduct health and safety assessments and monitor placement progress
* Support students and staff with placement briefings and DBS checks
* Maintain employer databases and manage placement documentation
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth placement delivery
