Base Location: Glasgow, Eurocentral or Perth
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 (depending on skills and experience) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
As Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project and process improvement within the Finance Process & Change (FP&C) function. Working closely with Delivery Leads, your tasks will involve managing initiatives, ensuring adherence to agreed plans, timelines, and outcomes. Collaborating with Corporate IT, product owners, and finance stakeholders will be vital to execute change activities successfully and infuse process enhancements.
You will
* Plan and deliver projects and process improvements while communicating with Corporate IT and delivery teams.
* Document, track, and execute tasks, milestones, and deliverables efficiently.
* Support project documentation preparation including workshop materials and status updates.
* Identify interdependencies and promptly address delivery risks and issues.
* Conduct hands-on project management across numerous change initiatives.
You have
* Experience in change delivery and transformation work with a relevant process improvement and/or project management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile PM.
* Experience managing risks and articulating key project delivery impacts.
* Understanding of financial controls, governance, and budget management.
* Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong communication skills including prioritising and influencing skills.
* Expert level knowledge in the use of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and O365 applications.
