STICK/MMA Welders Required Immingham
We are currently recruiting experienced Coded MMA Welders for a project based in Immingham.
This role involves carrying out 68mm MMA fillet welds for over-plating repair work, working to a high standard within a heavy industrial environment.
Shift Pattern:
1. 12 days on, 2 days off
2. 07:00 18:00 daily
3. 10 hours paid
Pay Rates (Self-Employed):
4. £275 per day Mon-Fri
5. £375 per day weekend
6. £ per hour for the first 8 hours worked each day
7. £ per hour for all hours worked over 8 hours per day
8. £ per hour for weekend working
The Role:
9. MMA welding on over-plating repairs
10. Producing high-quality 68mm fillet welds
11. Working from engineering drawings and welding procedures
12. Working safely at height when required
13. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification
14. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
15. Valid MMA welding codings
16. Proven experience carrying out MMA fillet welds
17. Must hold a valid Working at Height Certificate
18. Comfortable working at height in an industrial environment
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Strong attention to detail and quality standards
21. Previous experience within industrial, structural steel, petrochemical, refinery or heavy engineering environments is advantageous
