Join Our Team Supporting Local Schools in Rugeley
We are recruiting General Classroom Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Rugeley area. These roles are ideal for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
Whether you're experienced in education or coming from a background such as coaching, childcare, youth work or customer-facing roles, we’d love to hear from you.
Roles Available:
General Classroom Teaching Assistants
* Supporting learning across the classroom
* Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour support
Cover Supervisors
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Managing behaviour and keeping students engaged
* Ideal for people with classroom experience or strong transferable skills
Experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.

* Confident communicators who can build positive relationships
* Individuals who can stay calm and professional
* People with experience in schools OR strong transferable skills
* A proactive, reliable approach to supporting pupils
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
