Overview
Our leading international law firm client is seeking a professional and client-focused Receptionist to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house experience who thrives in a busy, corporate environment. For this role they are paying between £35,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a. - 6:00 p. Office-based role in the heart of London's legal district.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Answer and direct incoming calls, manage voicemail and email queries
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with last-minute changes
* Support office functions and events, including internal meetings and client hospitality
* Maintain reception area, pantry, post and deliveries, and general office supplies
* Liaise with building management and facilities team for maintenance and access
* Manage visitor passes and assist with special occasions and staff events
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a legal receptionist role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional telephone etiquette
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and present professionally
