Permanent Payroll Lead required for Lisburn. My client is recruiting for a Payroll Lead to join their team and who will report into the Senior Management Team. This role will require a professional individual who is highly organised, with great attention to detail and has experience of working within a busy payroll department. Duties will Include: Responsible for completing and processing weekly and monthly payrolls within deadlines. Experience of processing new starters, leavers, P45, P60, pensions, auto enrolments, student loans, SSP etc Overseeing the payment of taxes to HMRC and take the lead on all HMRC guidelines relevant to the payroll department. Review and use payroll reports to continually improve payroll processes. Collate payroll related information and ensure records are accurate and complete. Issue all relevant information to tax office and manage all related queries. Continually maintain and update databases and spreadsheets for month-end; and - provide information and essential assistance during audits. Other duties relevant to the finance department as required. Essential Criteria: Proficient with computerised payroll systems and MS Excel. Minimum of 2 years senior experience working in in-house payroll processing. Knowledge of HMRC legislation.
