Key Responsibilities * Develop high‑quality written content for PQQs, SQs, ITTs, framework submissions, and major project bids. * Work closely with Pre‑Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design, and Delivery teams to gather accurate, relevant information. * Produce clear, concise, and persuasive responses aligned to client requirements, scoring matrices, and evaluation criteria. * Maintain and update a library of case studies, CVs, project sheets, policies, and standard responses. * Support bid strategy development, storyboarding sessions, and win‑theme creation. * Ensure all submissions reflect the company’s values, capabilities, and commitment to quality, safety, sustainability...
