We produce dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends, performance, and insight. We support the development and maintenance of performance reporting frameworks. We carry out benchmarking, comparative analysis, and trend reporting to support service improvement. We ensure data quality, validation, and integrity across reporting outputs. We support automation and streamlining of reporting and data collection processes. We assist in maintaining data structures and information systems to support business intelligence activity. We present findings clearly to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
