Essential Qualifications: Diploma or NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Adult Care.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Pay: £13.50 per hour plus additional sleepovers paid at £64 per night.

Training & Development: We provide extensive training opportunities, including Mental Health First Aid, BSL Level 1, Apprenticeships, NVQ and ILM Level 3 (subject to eligibility).
What we are looking for:
* Significant experience of supporting people with complex needs.
* Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
* Willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure effective, smooth running of the service.
* Ability to assist the Team Leader in supervision and development of specialist staff, manage service rotas, develop and deliver support packages.
* Flexibility to work evenings, alternate weekends, and share on‑call service on a rota basis.
* Desire to take on management responsibilities while also providing hands‑on support.
