We’re looking for dedicated, positive people to join our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway in Cambridgeshire. Our service includes a large shared house with 10 rooms and 3 self-contained annexes, where our team provides 24/7 practical and emotional support to help residents build the confidence and skills they need to live independently.
We’re seeking self-motivated, solution-focused, and dynamic team members who are genuinely committed to supporting people with mental health needs. Whether it’s one-to-one guidance or group sessions, you’ll help individuals manage their finances, connect with social activities, access education and employment, and improve their overall wellbeing.
As part of a wider accommodation pathway supporting over 100 people across the region, we work closely with mental health professionals to ensure every person receives the tailored support they need. With a variety of settings and support levels across the pathway, there are plenty of opportunities to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact.
