Role Overview
As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will support residents to lead fulfilling lives through a person‑centred approach, ensuring that services and activities are varied and meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and support that promotes client choice and independence.
* Coordinate and lead the support staff and support with personal care as required.
* Ensure that individual care plans are developed, implemented and monitored.
* Support residents to take their prescribed medication.
* Work within the Gold Standards Framework to ensure quality care.
Qualifications & Skills
* NVQ / QCF Level 3 Certificate or willingness to work towards a qualification.
* Knowledge and awareness of Community Care and Safeguarding legislation.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good knowledge of CQC standards.
* Competent IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
* An understanding of health and safety requirements.
* A full current UK driving licence with the use of a car and willingness to drive the home’s vehicles.

* Salary: £26,824 – £29,540 per year.
