Our client, a leading consultancy in the engineering and infrastructure sector, is currently seeking an Associate Director specialising in Civil Infrastructure to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion
Providing strategic direction and leadership to project teams
Liaising with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
Preparing and presenting detailed project reports and documentation
Mentoring and developing junior staff to foster a high-performing team environment
Driving innovation and best practices within Civil Infrastructure
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and team management abilities
In-depth knowledge of civil infrastructure engineering principles and practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to foresee and manage project risks effectively
Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
