What you'll do: As an Employee Relations Advisor based in Altrincham, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both managers and employees through a wide range of workplace scenarios. Deliver training sessions to managers on key employee relations topics such as conflict resolution, absence management, and effective communication. Monitor trends in employee relations cases to identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest solutions. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels by being approachable, trustworthy, and responsive to their needs. Support organisational change initiatives by providing clear advice on consultation processes and helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
