Our Farnborough based client is currently offering a fabulous new opportunity supporting the small team with varied operational and office administration. This is a busy role in which a proactive approach, and the ability to take the initiative and work independently will be essential.
This position is based 5 days a week in the Farnborough office, working 9am to 5pm Mon to Thurs, 9am to 4pm Friday, or reduced hours spread over 5 days will be considered.
Supporting the team and Senior Management, this role will involve:
Coordinating equipment loans to customers for trials, tracking, and ensuring returns
Maintaining the production schedule and client information
Coordinating office support and maintenance
Planning and posting website and social media updates
Liaising with customers to arrange sales visits and demonstrations
Scanning and sending receipts and invoices to finance
Supporting the Works Manager with key tasks including goods in/out, stock control, shipping and international export licences, raising POs and generating inventory reports for management review meetings
Assisting the Operations Manager with projects, Quality Assurance procedures, technical manual updates, and coordinating customer service feedback
Occasionally providing ad-hoc cover for the PA to MD, including quotes, managing the general inbox, presentations, and travel.

A proactive and focused candidate with previous relevant experience
The ability to take the initiative and be keen to suggest improvements
Confident, clear verbal and written communication skills
A keen eye for detail, able to manage information accurately and efficiently
An aptitude for picking up some technical information
Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise own workload
Strong MS Office and systems skills
