Receptionist to support the day-to-day
front desk operations of our busy leisure complex at Finlake
Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
As a Leisure
Receptionist, you will:
* Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
* Handle
guest queries with professionalism and a
friendly attitude
* Make/answer calls and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
* Make
bookings and reservations and take payments using the
in-house system
* Check
in customers on arrival, delivering a
5-star service
* Sign
up new leisure members and explain membership
benefits
*
Conduct guided tours of the facilities
* Assist
in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside
the leisure team
