Meet the Mortgage Sales Team
We’re a vibrant, fast-paced team of around 75 professionals across 6 teams, focused on Remortgage and Purchase. This structure allows us to tailor the mortgage journey to our customers' needs—no one-size-fits-all approach.
We move quickly, collaborate closely, and support each other to make mortgages easier for our clients.
How we work
We offer flexible yet structured shifts: 9am–5pm, 9am–6pm, and 11am–8pm (twice a week). Fridays are 10am–4pm, and we do 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm) with time off in lieu. We aim to work smarter, not longer.
Responsibilities
* Contact pre-qualified online leads generated through our mortgage journey and scored by our system.
* Provide expert mortgage advice across the market using Mojo's proprietary software, assessing applications and making recommendations.
* Keep customers informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline effectively.
* Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage applications, including document checks.
* Support innovation in mortgage advice technology by testing new ideas.
Requirements
* CeMap qualification and at least 2 years of whole-of-market mortgage advising experience.
* Recent experience with residential purchase and BTL mortgages (FTB, portfolio landlords, second homes).
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases in a busy environment.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Performance-driven with accountability for targets, with access to performance data.
