Role Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card (Blue skilled worker card preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong practical skills across a range of trades (carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, snagging, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and from drawings
* Own tools and full PPE
