Middleby’s Digital Sales & Marketing team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Product Information & Catalog Manager – Europe to join us in a brand-new permanent role. About the Role
In this role, you will be the driver of product data excellence for Europe—owning, managing, and optimising our Product Information Management (PIM) system. You’ll ensure product data is accurate, consistent, enriched, and aligned across regions and channels.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and the U.S., you’ll collaborate with the U.S.-based PIM Architect to evolve our data model for European needs, champion data governance standards, and lead the consistent publishing of product information across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Management
* Configure and evolve the PIM data model with the Global PIM Administrator to accurately represent products across European markets.
* Partner with Middleby brand teams to drive product data enrichment.
* Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of product data across all European regions.
* Identify opportunities to enhance product data, attributes, and digital assets to strengthen the overall catalogue.
Product Syndication
* Activate and maintain product listings on partner e-commerce sites via exports, APIs, and integrations.
* Manage partner access and product assortments within the Middleby Product Catalog (MPC).
* Connect the PIM to marketplaces via Akeneo Activate (e.g., Amazon) to ensure timely, accurate syndication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Technology & Data
* Strong digital collaboration skills (chat, video, project tools).
* Proficiency in spreadsheets, including formatting, lookups, and data manipulation.
* Experience with PIM/MDM systems and understanding of data models and workflows.
* Basic understanding of integrations and tools like Postman; interest in growing technical capabilities (e.g., Python).
* Experience supporting product or sales teams in an e-commerce environment.
* Ability to build logic-based rules, workflows, and automated processes.
* Comfortable importing/exporting data and working with large datasets.
* Familiar with AI tools and eager to leverage emerging technologies.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
* Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
* Comfortable working with diverse teams across countries and cultures.
* Self-directed, organised, and able to prioritise independently.

Other Requirements
* Experience with B2B, industrial, or mechanical products and technical specifications.
* Supportive, ownership-driven approach; acts as a subject matter expert.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian) are a plus.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
